Detailed itinerary for 10 Days Uganda safari
Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe International Airport
Upon arrival at the Entebbe International Airport, you will be welcomed by your safari driver and transferred to your hotel where you will have a refreshment, Dinner, and overnight.

Day 2: Transfer to Kibale forest national park
After morning breakfast, you will embark on a journey to Kibale forest national park southwestern part of Uganda. With great sights of the Agricultural gardens, homesteads, roadside fruits, markets, and rain forests. A stop in Fort portal town for lunch, continue to the park with great views of the spectacular landscapes of the Rwenzori mountains. Upon arrival at the national park, check-in for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Chimpanzee trekking
After morning breakfast, head to the park headquarters for briefing about sustainable chimpanzee trekking tips. With the presence of an experienced ranger guide, you enter the forest in search of human closest relatives.
Once you meet the primates, you are allowed one hour with them for interactions and watch them swing from one branch to another, back to the lodge for late lunch. In the evening you will relax at your lodge as you watch the sun setting. Overnight and dinner at your lodge
Day 4: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park
After a hefty breakfast from your lodge, transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park as you pass through the crater lakes region enjoying scenic views of the Rwenzori mountain ranges. Check-in at the lodge upon arrival with an afternoon rest at your lodge.

Day 5: Game Drive and boat trip
With an early morning breakfast, Uganda is a vast home to the unrivalled number of species living in the wild. Embark to a game drive with chances to view a variety of wildlife like elephants, kobs, Lions, African buffalos, leopards, and antelopes among others. Back to the lodge for lunch with an evening launch cruise on Kazinga channel with chances to view a variety of water animals and a variety of bird species like kingfisher birds
Day 6: Transfer to Bwindi impenetrable forest national park
After morning breakfast, transfer to Bwindi impenetrable forest national park via the Ishasha sector which is home to tree-climbing lions and bird species. The park is home to half the world’s remaining mountain gorillas and a world UNESCO heritage site.

Day 7: Mountain Gorilla trekking
After morning breakfast, head to the park headquarters for gorilla trekking briefing, then hike through the Bwindi forest in search of the gorillas, once you meet the gorillas, you are only allowed one hour with them as you take photos. Note that the time taken searching the gorillas is unpredictable, Back to the lodge for late lunch. Late in the evening, you may decide to visit the local community or rest at the lodge.
Day 8: Transfer to Lake Mburo national park
After morning breakfast, transfer to Lake Mburo national park, with an evening game drive to sight out animals like Kobs, zebras, Impalas, antelopes, Giraffes among others, retire for overnight and dinner at your lodge.

Day 9: Morning game drive and launch cruise
After morning breakfast, head for a morning game drive to sight out more animals to that you missed yesterday, return to the lodge for lunch with an evening boat riding on Lake Mburo. The launch explores us to a variety of water animals like crocodiles, elephants, waterbucks, buffalos and a variety of bird species.
Day 10: Departure
On this day we end our 10 days Uganda safari, we embark to the journey to Kampala with a stop for lunch at Kayabwe and a visit to the Equator for photographs and historic talks. We then continue to Kampala for our return flight.
